DANCE COMPANY RDs & ASSISTANTS

Are you interested in being a Class Assistant, Understudy Rehearsal Director, or Rehearsal Director in a recreational or company class (for Level 2 students and above)? Please be sure to indicate your interest on the Company Audition Application form which you will receive with the Audition Choreography videos shortly after the Registration deadline. Training for our RD’s and Class Assistants consists of two parts: classroom instruction and hands on experience. 

  • For the classroom portion, training will take place as follows:
    • Level 1 and 2:
      • Tuesday, July 30th 7pm to 8:30pm OR
      • Tuesday, August 6th 7pm to 8:30pm
    • Level 3 and 4:  
      • Tuesday, July 30th 5:30pm to 7pm OR
      • Tuesday, August 6th 5:30pm to 7pm 
  • The ‘hands on’ experience will include our Princess/B-boy Camp as well as the Registration Open House:
    • Tuesday, August 6th AND Thursday, August 8th from 10am to 12pm OR
    • Tuesday, August 13th AND Thursday, August 15th from 10am to 12pm 
    •  AND Friday, August 16th from 5pm to 7:30pm

  • As the host venue we are not an authorized box office, but as a courtesy we are able to sell tickets without ticketing fees. Limited selection of tickets are available for $19, $27, or $37 seating for purchase approximately 5 to 10 minutes before and after the 10:30am service on Sunday morning beginning Feb 4th in the Main Lobby (enter at Door #2; cash or check only). Amidst a world filled with challenges, Matthew West invites you to experience the power of prayer like never before. Get ready for your favorites like “Hello, My Name Is,” “Truth Be Told,” and “The God Who Stays” that are sure to inspire! You won’t want to miss this evening where prayers become melodies, hearts are touched, and souls are encouraged. So mark your calendars and gather your friends and family for the “Don’t Stop Praying Tour” this spring. A limited number of VIP and Early Entry tickets are available. We hope to see YOU there!

 

HANDICAP PARKING

There is a designated handicap parking lot adjacent to Door #1 in the main parking lot. You can access this parking lot by entering at the Mt. Zion sign off Maybee Rd. Please note, there are a limited number of spaces in this lot so if a handicap space is needed, we encourage you to arrive early. Depending on traffic, we also have the ability to ‘drop off’ any family member with limited mobility at Door #1 and then it is possible for the driver to finish parking the vehicle and meet their family member in the center lobby. Again, if this is of interest, we recommend you arrive early. Otherwise, traffic patterns limit maneuverability in the parking lot to park your vehicle after Drop Off. ABOUT US

Focused on living a healthy lifestyle, the facility will offer classes to strengthen and define muscles, improve balance, and increase stamina. Coaches will be prepared to offer modifications to meet the level of each student in the class. Our facility is suitable for those just starting out on their journey and those who have been focused on fitness for a while. What to expect:

  • We encourage comfortable modest activewear and ask that you wear indoor sneakers when in the fitness center.
  • We offer two locker rooms with changing areas, one of which has showers.
  • We have all the fitness equipment you need but encourage you to bring your own yoga mat to class. We offer foam mats which are great for fitness and restorative yoga, but many prefer a thinner mat for slow flow classes.
