Join the Pillars of Mt Zion on December 2nd at Oakhurst Country club for their annual Christmas party. If you’re 55 and older, make plans to attend for an afternoon of great food, entertainment, fellowship, and a few surprises. See Sona Lalji in the foyer on Sunday morning before and after the 10:30am service to sign up and pay. The signup deadline is Sunday, November 19th. ABOUT US

Focused on living a healthy lifestyle, the facility will offer classes to strengthen and define muscles, improve balance, and increase stamina. Coaches will be prepared to offer modifications to meet the level of each student in the class. Our facility is suitable for those just starting out on their journey and those who have been focused on fitness for a while. What to expect:

  • We encourage comfortable modest activewear and ask that you wear indoor sneakers when in the fitness center.
  • We offer two locker rooms with changing areas, one of which has showers.
  • We have all the fitness equipment you need but encourage you to bring your own yoga mat to class. We offer foam mats which are great for fitness and restorative yoga, but many prefer a thinner mat for slow flow classes.
