MT ZION COMMUNITY MINISTRY
Our local community has been a focus of ours at Mt Zion for over the past 20 years. We currently have the Mt Zion Community House located in Orion, Michigan, which has a coffee bar and pool lounge and offers Life Enrichment and The Oasis Program. We also have the Mt Zion Community Center in Waterford, Michigan, which has a huge indoor skatepark and sports facilities and offers The Oasis Program and Life Enrichment classes as well.

The Mt Zion Community Center is one way we reach out to our community through giving a space to have fun and allow for fitness activities to be performed. We have basketball courts, pickle ball courts, wallyball courts, and a 10,000sqft skatepark.

The Community House is a place where we can help the community around us grow spiritually. We offer a coffee bar, pool tables, and Life enrichment classes that help give Biblical solutions to the problems of our world.

The Oasis ministry provides comfort, counsel and connection for people experiencing emotional distress, those in need of recovery support and people who need help getting through family situations. Matthew 11:28-30 – ” 28 “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. 29 Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. 30 For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.”” The Oasis ministry operates at the Mt Zion Community Center, located in Waterford, Michigan and the Mt Zion Community House, located in Orion, Michigan.
Life Enrichment, a group-counseling program has been made available through Mt Zion church for over 25 years. Mt Zion Life Enrichment Classes focus on changing mindsets and behaviors that can stand in the way of leading the productive and peaceful life that God intends for you. We teach the importance of being strong in the Lord and the power of His might, to stand against anything (Eph. 6:10,11).
