Our strength and conditioning classes are focused on getting you stronger, more conditioned, all while helping you feel and look better. These classes run about 60 minutes in length and use full equipment such as barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, sleds, fan bike, rower, etc. If your goal is to become more fit all around with a focus on getting stronger, then this class is a great option for you.
