DANCE COMPANY ACCEPTANCE 2024

2024 Dance Company acceptance and contract

Congratulations on your invitation to Mt Zion Performing Arts’ Dance Company! We are so excited to have you and your family become a part of our Dance Company.
  • Due Date: This form and your first payment is due no later than Thursday, July 18, 2024 (please be prepared to pay at time of form submission).
  • Costume Sizing will be requested as part of this form submission. Please have your measurements and retail clothing sizes available before beginning this form submission.
  • RD and Assistant Training: If you have been invited to be an Assistant or RD, it requires participation in both classroom and ‘hands on’ training sessions. As part of this form submission you will be asked to select your desired training sessions so please have those dates with you. Several training sessions are being offered to avoid any potential class conflicts. Click Here to check the August Conditioning Class Schedule (your required class details can be found on your invitation).
  • More than 1 Dancer: If you have more than one dancer in your family, you will need to submit more than one form and more than one payment. All dancers will be registered in the same family on one invoice but because each dancer is making a commitment to the Mt. Zion Dance Company a Contract Acceptance is required for each Dancer.
  • Signatures: A parent and student signature is required to submit this form along with payment. Please be sure to have both the dancer and parent/legal guardian present when completing this form.
  • Changes: Please only submit this form one time per dancer. If you need to make changes to your submission, please eMail us at info@mtzionperformingarts.com or call us at 248.393.1407 and we will be happy to help you.

FROM THE BAND

Join us on a musical journey for a night of faith, hope, and encouragement at the “Don’t Stop Praying Tour” with Matthew West and special guest Cochren & Co.! Amidst a world filled with challenges, Matthew West invites you to experience the power of prayer like never before. Get ready for your favorites like “Hello, My Name Is,” “Truth Be Told,” and “The God Who Stays” that are sure to inspire! You won’t want to miss this evening where prayers become melodies, hearts are touched, and souls are encouraged. So mark your calendars and gather your friends and family for the “Don’t Stop Praying Tour” this spring. A limited number of VIP and Early Entry tickets are available. We hope to see YOU there!

HANDICAP PARKING

There is a designated handicap parking lot adjacent to Door #1 in the main parking lot. You can access this parking lot by entering at the Mt. Zion sign off Maybee Rd. Please note, there are a limited number of spaces in this lot so if a handicap space is needed, we encourage you to arrive early. Depending on traffic, we also have the ability to ‘drop off’ any family member with limited mobility at Door #1 and then it is possible for the driver to finish parking the vehicle and meet their family member in the center lobby. Again, if this is of interest, we recommend you arrive early. Otherwise, traffic patterns limit maneuverability in the parking lot to park your vehicle after Drop Off. We look forward to seeing you at our events and if you have any questions, please call us at (248) 391-6166.

ABOUT US

Focused on living a healthy lifestyle, the facility will offer classes to strengthen and define muscles, improve balance, and increase stamina. Coaches will be prepared to offer modifications to meet the level of each student in the class. Our facility is suitable for those just starting out on their journey and those who have been focused on fitness for a while. What to expect:

  • We encourage comfortable modest activewear and ask that you wear indoor sneakers when in the fitness center.
  • We offer two locker rooms with changing areas, one of which has showers.
  • We have all the fitness equipment you need but encourage you to bring your own yoga mat to class. We offer foam mats which are great for fitness and restorative yoga, but many prefer a thinner mat for slow flow classes.
